Skiing Exercises

Does anyone know a great pre nordic skiing season workout plan?

I am in cross-country running right now so once it is over i will start training for nordic skiing, so the time between the 2 season I need some sort of workout plan. It would be greatly apprechiated! I am a sophomore and on the varsity ski team if that makes a difference. Thank you so much!

  1. i'm on the ski team at my school too! anyway... our coach makes us run (so it's good that you're doing cross-country!), lunges, pushups, situps( not crunches) and pullups. you really want to target your thighs, so squats and lunges really help. good luck!
