What workouts are good to strengthen me for skiing and skateboarding?

- Squats to strengthen the thighs, leg presses and strengthening the adductors (inside of legs) will help. Try to cross train 'tho to really build and strengthen all of the leg muscles; running, swimming and cycling will pay off. Otherwise, work on your core for balance and for skateboarding, to thigh exercises such as toe lifts and leg curls. The combination of strong thighs/quads and most importantly, being limber will help with high ollies, etc.
- A good workout is to ski and skateboard.
